Special educational needs (SEN) is a broad term that refers to people with a range of different abilities and conditions, such as dyslexia, dyspraxia, ADHD, Asperger’s and  others. 

SEN can affect children and young people’s abilities to learn, having an impact on their  behaviour, ability to socialise and make friends, reading and writing, understanding,  concentration levels and physical ability.

We develop a tailored tuition programme for each student, starting with the completion of an  individual tuition plan alongside the student during the first session. This helps us determine  which specific areas need to be covered and what the tuition goals and objectives should be. 

All children with SEN are entitled to a broad, balanced, and suitable education. While these  needs can be met in a mainstream school for most children with SEN, those with more  complex difficulties may benefit from specialist help and support.
